Product Features:-
Toughness is 1times higher than SKD11 and rolled steel. If used for fabrication of complicated punch dies and drawing dies, the resistance to crack and edge breaking will be highly improved.
After high-temperature tempering of the die under 520-530 Celsius, the hardness may still reach 60-62HRC, so that the risk of crack caused by residual stress will be reduced for linear cutting dies.
Suitable for surface hardening treatment for extended service life of the dies.
