KR400 Crusher
The bladesa structure is designed to chop copper wires, it can chop the wires with lower blades damage, the chopped granules are in uniform and the cutting section of the granules is flat and smooth then it will guarantee the separation performance of the hydro separator. Also, the crusher has material striker plate to prevent material jumping out during the process.
Hydro separator
Ita s used to separate the high density(>1) material from the lower one(<1) due to the higher one will sink in the water and the lighter one will float on the water. After starting the vibration and water flashing in opposite direction, the high density material will move towards to the direction of the vibration and the lower one will be flashed to opposite direction.
The material of the vibration bed is made of #304 stainless steel and ita s bed surface is covered with a special PVC sheet to increase the friction to guarantee the separation performance.
The vibration movement is driven by the crank and rocker mechanism to keep the stabilization.
Water circulation system and plastic filtration device
The water circulation system can keep most of the metal particle within the system to reduce the production loose. Also, the flashing water take both of the plastic granules and metals particles to the filtration device and the plastic will not get through the sieve due to the over size and the metal particle will sink down to the bottom of the water tank. After a period of time, the metal mud can be cleaned out for sale.
