Key Features
Amey Engineers' Shredders for pharma Vials and Ampoules shredding; come in light to medium duty PS OH series, PS series and also in heavy duty PS H, SM and SM HD series for bulk requirements of industries or recycling plants.
According to the capacity requirements, these shredders are available in 2 to 120 hp range and the obtained throughput across the series is 20 to 1000 kg/hr depending on size and density of feed material.
One of the main feature of these shredders is that even Liquid filled Vials or Ampoules can be directly fed and the liquid can still be recovered. Perforated box trolley or a slopping guideway with holes drilled through it; is provided at the output side which collects the liquid at the bottom and can be removed continuously or intermittently.
These dual shaft type shredders are equipped with alloy steel case hardened milled cutters (in 6 to 24 mm sizes) for efficient shredding.
Safety features include Emergency Stop, Overload protection, Auto reversing functionality.
