The Mavapad Vacuum Paddle Dryer is a versatile energy efficient system used for the drying of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) in compliance with cGMP and FDA guidelines. The Mavapad can be designed for use in sterile/ clean room areas by providing a stainless steel partition wall that separates the drive unit from the process area. Heating media either Steam, Hot Water/Oil, Thermic Fluid is circulated to jacket of stationary cylindrical Shell. The material to be dried is kept in continuous agitation by means of specially designed shaft assembly having paddles/ ribbon at regular intervals.
