In the Re rolling Mills in India the intermediate and the Finishing Mills have been changed to rolle bearing stands on the basis of power saving and better size control. The second stand and after have also been changed to roller bearing to the same basis.
When all the balance 10 12 stands are converted to roller bearing where in total 22.8% reduction takes place, why not at the first stand.
