Hardened And Nitride Finish Blackodised / Mirror Finish
Hardened and Nitride Finish Blackodised/Mirror Finish Lappet hooks exclusively meant for spinning Viscose, Polyester, and any other staple fiber yarn. Our lappet hooks will give a life of 2.5 years for coarse counts and 3 years for fine counts. For cotton mills, this hook will last longer, for more than 15 years.

Working diameter of the Lappet Hook is decided by Count, vizupto 30s, mills can go for either 2.5mm or 3mm depending upon the spindle speed. We supply both as per the mills requirement.

Apart from the above, we recommend and provide 1.8mm or 2mm lappet hooks for counts beyond 30s viz from 32s to 100s.

HARDEND AND ELECTROPLATED
3mm or 2.5mm Hardendand Electroplated Lappet hooks, being used for spinning Cotton for counts less than the 30s and beyond this 1.8mm lappet hooks can be used. We can supply these. We give guarantee for 5 years for these.
