MOISTURIZING AGENTS is of non-cresylic type. is not corrosive and hence easy to handle. Mercerizing solutions containing MOISTURIZING AGENTS can be used in padchain or pad less-chain less mercerizing machines. Grey cotton fabrics may also be mercerized in the presence of MOISTURIZING AGENTS.0.5 -1 gpl of MOISTURIZING AGENTS 1 00 may be C'dded to sodium hydroxide solutions (54Tw) used to mercerize cotton yarn or fabric. It may be varied depending on the quality of the fabric.MOISTURIZING AGENTS 100 promotes rapid absorption and penetration of concentrated sodium hydroxide solutions even into heavily sized grey fabrics.
