Our induction hardening equipment and hardening machine are the most advanced equipments at present in China suitable to produce Gardner Denver duplex Mud Pump Liners of which the inner bores are processed by quenching for example: FY-FXD 7-1/2A 10a FC-FXX 5A 8a FD-FXX 5A 10a FG-FXG 5A 6 and so on. When we produce Hardened Steel Liners of these pump models the inner bore's carburizing layer hardened thickness reaches 1.5 -1.8mm and hardness reaches 58-60RC .
