The unit is further equipped with a de-energized tap changer, 34.5 kV lightning arresters, a 200 kV BIL three-phase operated load-break primary switch with a 600 Amps re-closer mounted and connected inside the LV air compartment. Re-closer controls are mounted outside the cable compartment for better accessibility.
