Scope of Supply :
121 Nos. frames, fabricated from flats and rods, 60 Nos. for Caustic and 61 Nos. for water.
Cast iron stand, head plate, follower plate, Rollers, Bracket for rollers and Return block.
Cast iron Pinion, Handle wheel, Bearing housing and Bushed plummer block.
Neoprene / Nature Rubber gaskets 122 Nos.
Dialyser should be fitted with M.S.Screws, Tie rods, Specer rods and Side bars.
The top of Dialyser will be fitted with Acrylic Beckers, Burrets, Valves & ' C' class pipes.
Painting :
The Dialyer frames should be sand /shot blasted and then given two coats of epoxy paint, suitable for
withstanding alkaline solution of 20% concentration.
All the cast iron parts should be given one coat of primer and two coats of shop
