Arrives frozen. Store at -18C or below
Thaw in refrigerator(2C to 7C) for 24-36 hrs before use.
Shake well before use
Weight the merchandise in cooking pan.
Heat the Truffle base on medium heat( stir usually to avoid scorching) till it involves a boil.
Stir well till all the chocolate melts and dissolves to administer a regular truffle.
Preferably pass the mixture through a soup filter to get rid of any lumps.
The truffle must be untired for twelve hours at below 25C to line.
Use over cakes or desserts as any candy.
Shelf Life
Unopened: Frozen period of time (at 18C or below) twelve months.
Thawed and unopened: cold period of time (at +4C to +7C) five days.
Thawed and opened: cold shelf life(at +4C to +7C) three days.
