1. High Compression Resistance:
Chuanlu Brand sleeve can withstand more than 750N pressure, so it can hidden and installed in concrete, without being damaged by pressure,(Note: Please choose heavy-duty pipe to be laid in concrete)
2. Impact & Heat Resistance
Chuanlu Sleeve will not break after impacted by normal tamping in concrete pouring course, and will not soften under heat of condensation in construction.
3. Moisture, Alkali & Acid Resistance
PVC sleeve has good resistance to moisture, alkali, acid and rust. All joints are bound by PVC adhesive, as required. This can prevent water from infiltrating into the tube, and bring good moisture-proof effect. So it is more suitable for corrosive environments.
4. Flame Retardan
Self-extinguishing of PVC plastic sleeve occurs after there is no fire (within 30seconds), the flame will not spread along the pipeline pipe.
5. Insulation
Chuanlu Sleeve has good insulation property; it will not be punctured if dipping in water under AC2000V and 50 Hz. To prevent accidental electric shock, the international standard prefers to insulation, rather than the grounding, so Chuanlu PVC sleeve can meet this requirement.
