Reactive Dyes Printing Thickener

We are producing and exporting of Reactive Dyes Printing Thickener to our consumers. Em-620 printing thickener for reactive dyes is high molecular polymer with couples of carboxyl. It is kind of anionic synthetically thickener, which is applied to reactive dyes textile printing. EM-620 can take place of other kinds of printing paste, like sodium alginate. Owing to its unique feature of hypertonicity, EM-620 is most suitable for decorative fabrics printing.

1. Strong water cohesive and thickening ability.

3.Sharp printing definition, no influence to screen handle; Obviously better than sodium alginate in coloration and brilliance.

Usage

1. Basic paste madeup

EM-620 + Urea + Reserve salt + Sodium bicarbonate + Water

Stir mixture for about 10 minutes, until it is fully soluble with no uneven henomena.

2. Pigment madeup

70-80 X 20 100

Notes:Please adjust dosage of thickener according to practical condition.
