Saturated Compressed air enters the pre-cooler where is it cooled by exchanging heat with atmospheric air. The inlet air is further cooled in super cooler. When passing through a pre-cooler the cold air is reheated. A refrigerant compressor and condenser suppliers refrigerant to super cooler through expansion device. The hot gas by pass valve matched the operation of refrigerant system to the compressed air cooling load. In the super cooler heat is transferred from the compressed air to refrigerant. The process cools the air resulting in condensation. The condensed moisture is removed by an inbuilt moisture separator and automatic drain valve.
