Uses:
For small and medium quantities of mechanical parts in the control atmosphere hardening, tempering, carburizing, carbon ammonia permeation treatment, can be used for brazing, sintering, solid solution treatment.
Such as standard parts, bearings, gears, drive chain, hand tools, springs, Case, gossamer, vernier caliper, minor equipment, small molds, cutlery, various types of textile machine needles, needles and other heat treatment.
Configuration on the feeder, before and after the washing machine, hardening furnace, quenching tank, furnace, protective atmosphere generators and electrical control system can be composed of mesh resistance furnace automatic production lines.
Quenching furnace temperature: 750 A C -1150 A C
Furnace temperature: 160 A C -750 A C
