Being based in Delhi, India we are engaged in exporting, manufacturing and supplying Scrap Breaker cum Granulator Version (Power). It is designed specifically for rigid PVC pipe scrap or any Rigid Plastics. It does not produce cutting dust as well as gives symmetrical sized granules. Parts of the machine are wear and tear resistant. No need to sharpen the blades on and off.
Product Features:
1. Hammer: 8 to 10 hammers fitted with rotary block.
2. Chamber: Fabricated in round shape, fitted with steel mesh of required granules size. Air breather and Air blowers provided for air cooling in the chamber. Water cooling to the chamber is also provided.
3. Bearing Housing: Fabricated with mild steel fitted with good quality high speed bearing and water cooling system for longer and trouble free service.
4. Frame: Fully reinforced to absorb any types of vibration during operation.
5. Control Panel: Equipped with starter, voltmeter, Amp meter, rotary switch and face indicating lamps.
