The pre and after suction waste dust and light weight trash are collected in a chamber and conveyed to machine outlet by a discharge screw conveyor. This is equipped with flap airlock system system to prevent false air. The scalping screen separates the coarse impurities.The pre screen separates oversize material and the next screen separates undersize material.The screens are fitted in specially designed wooden ball frames. These screens are kept clean by specially designed rubber balls which bounce in between the screens and ball frames.The wooden boxes are specially designed for easy changing of screens.
