These Semi Automatic Capsule Filling Machine is designed for precision manufacturing requirements of modern pharmaceutical procedures. The machine provides a high Degree of automation with higher levels of filling weight accuracy. Capsule Filling Machine is suitable to fill capsules of all sizes with powder, granules or pellets. Machine is made as per GMP standard, has all Stainless Steel covering and gives output of 35000 to 47000 capsules per hour.
We are having two models in this machine.
1. Single Loader Machine, SCF-35 : Provide production output up to 36000 capsules per hour
2. Double Loader Machine, SCF-45: Provide production output up to 47000 capsules per hour
Loading trays are in Magnesium alloy light weight material & number of Holes in one loading tray is as below:
Size 00: 480 holes
Size 0: 600 holes
Size 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5:720 holes
