The panel, pre-or after lamination is easily loaded manually sunny side down on top of the testers via integrated roller conveyors. After manual contacting and closing the cover the EL image of the
complete panel will be acquired and displayed automatically. High resolution EL images are acquired automatically to be displayed on the monitor and inspected by the operator. By visual inspection defects like cracks, grid finger breakage, dark spots or solder errors are detected.
