Blue Slotted Rails

We are instrumental in providing Slotted Rails which are basically divided into 4 types, namely:-

End Slots, which has 2nos. slots of 8.5x25mm/10.5x30mm at both ends and normally used as base Rail supports for ducts, cable trays, cable ladders etc.
Close Slots, which has 8.5 x 25mm / 10.5 x 30mm slots at an interval of 10mm throughout the length and normally used for wall supports or to support group of ceiling hanging pipes.
Medium Slots, which has slots as an interval of throughout the length and Long Slots, which has 8.5 x 25mm / 10.5mm x 30mm slots at an interval of 30mm throughout the length and normally used as base rails for ducts, cable trays, cable ladders etc.
100mm slot, which has 8.5 x 100mm / 10.5 x 100mm slots at an interval of 10mm throughout the length and exclusively used as wall brackets for vertical running pipes.

Slotted Rails of thickness 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, and 2.0mm are made of high quality G.I.sheets and Slotted Rails of thickness 2.5mm, 3.0mm are made of M.S.sheets and Electro Galvanized. Above rails are also available in Powder Coated finish at extra cost.

It is recommended to use Slotted Rails made of G.I. sheet and Legs with Powder Coated finish for weather exposed applications and saline conditions.
