Spherical Inner Ring Raceway Grinding MachineThe diameter of grinding wheel is 600mm, linear speed 60m/s, with high rigidity, strong grinding force and high efficiency.The machine is equipped with Mitsubishi PLC electrical system, by which main parts operation can be controlled and operated separately on 10.4' touch panel, easy and stable operating and regulating.The machine adopts centerless design, grinding wheel fixed on the machine body with good rigidity and anti-vibration.YASKAWA Servo motor drives ball screw to drive slide feed and automatic compensation for grinding wheel wear, which guarantee feeding sensitivity, precision and rigidity while moving.The machine adopts full automatic loading & unloading configuration with high feeding speed and reliability.Main Applications:The grinder is mainly used for grinding inner ring raceway of spherical roller bearings.
