1. The machine frame adopt digital boring machine for hole boring to ensure the concentric of the axis and the machine frame.
2. Dies seat : adopt West Germany technology, assure the drawing center distance to avoid the wire breakage.
3. Drawing axes :made of S45C medium carbonizes steel with high frequency modified treatment, which can be more wear well.
4. Roller adopt S45C forging steel with high density to be more wear well.
5. Motor adopt top china brand, large wire drawing machine 11 KW. Medium wire drawing machine 7.5 KW, small wire drawing machine 5.5KW.
6. Small wire drawing machine adopt inverter speed control, roller spray chromium to assure the brightness of the fine size wire and reduce wire breakage as well.
7. Pneumatic air control : you can adjust air pressure according to wire diameters.
8. The machine is equipment with water cycly system included heating tube and radiator, when the temperature is over high, you can chose the radiator, other wise, when the temperature is over low, you can chose heating tube.
