Mecgene electric thermal oil heaters consist of flange type immersion heaters, properly housed in the ASTM A 106 Gr B carbon steel, of 275 mm dia and upto 3175 mm length . Heaters are inserted one side of the tube and fastened with bolts. Terminal end are covered by fireproof.

Our electrical oil boilers are manufactured with as per the international standards in terms with the power and functional efficiency. The pressure drop in both the inlet & outlet is less than 1 kg/cm2. All valves and fittings are strictly complied with ASME standards.

We are using contractors or SSR to control the heaters based on the sensor mounted on inlet and out let of the lines. The operations of unit are either controlled by automatic or manual as per the client interest.
