Our provided Three Station Tube Polishing Machine can achieve Matt / Satin / Hair line / High gloss finish with emery flap wheels, jute wheels & buffing wheels on Stainless Steel / Brass / MS Tubes / Rods etc.

It is also possible to polish solid rods of ferrous and non ferrous material.The machine is fabricated structure, Robust and sturdy design. Main spindle is designed for high RPM with special Bearings and has facility to adjust according to diameter. The control wheel is mounted on a reduction gear Box and has helix angle setting arrangement for controlling the speed of component.

Special flap wheels and non -woven wheels can facilitate satin finish on Brass and copper. Manual conveyor with jack system is suitable to polish tube of 6 meter length.
