* Two stage filling of the material inside the bag ensures better accuracy in weighments.
* Uses pre-stitched valve type bags. Hence, no stitching is required after the bags are filled.
* Same machine can be used for packing cement in jute, HDPE [ Woven ], or paper bags[ non-laminated ].
* Flows through Aeration only. There is no drive.
* So, no rotating parts. Hence, less wear & tear.
* Minimum maintenance, since 'V' belts, bearings, etc are eliminated.
* Machine can be directly placed below the material silo, saving on the price of material handling equipment like Screw conveyor & Bucket elevator.
* Minimum power consumption. Power consumption per spout is equivalent to that of 60 watts bulb.
* Weighing assembly is above the machine, hence, chance of knives getting spoiled due to abrasive material are minimized.
