Udm-s2000 Ultrasonic Level Gauge

Following are the Technical parameters of UDM-S2000 Ultrasonic Level Gauge :-
Output signal: Standard 4 ~ 20 mA or optional 485, 232.
Measurement Scale: 4, 7, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20m and 50m with high-power.
Launch full-width: 7 A ~ 12 A , launch angle is proportional to the ranging capability.

The simplest way to test instrument is: Feed qualified power supply, make the sensor header aligned perpendicular to a open wall (suppose ita s liquid level), then the wall is a reflector of ultrasound. At the same time observes the air distance L (L can be viewed by presses the shift key continuously). When the displayed L value is equal to the actual distance, that means the measurement function is normal.

Note:
l During the test, air distance cana t exceed the maxim scale of the transmitter.
l Generally, Transmitter scale (d) + blind zone (C) = Maximum measuring distance ( L(max) ).
l The scale of the transmitter just related with output current P (In case of 4~20mA).
