Stand-alone Vibration Switch VIBSW-1X-HV having built in Vibration Pickup with facility of generating Alarm as per user set pt & is mounted directly on the Rotating Machines without as per our drawing & Specification attached Configuration :-
1) Stud type mounting - suitable for fixing on single Drill hole on the bearing housing / surface of the body under vibration
2) The system has facilities for Alarm setting as per the engg unit & 1 set of relay contact (CO) 6A, output in non-latch mode .
3) Range of setting & operation 2 to 20 mm/sec- peak ( Standard range for Fan-Motor) or any as per user spec. Normal unit is mm/sec a peak
4) The system runs with 230VAC+/- 10% , 50Hz supply
5) Enclosure :- MS powder coated , compatible to IP65.with bottom cable.
