P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm; }The White Silica Gel that we provide is widely used for drying of air and gases storage of flower and seedsdrying of solvents etc. This can absorb upto 50% of its weight in water which makes it perfect for transport and transit applications. Even after absorbing high amounts of humidity it does not change color physical appearance or shape. Further it does not have any side effects or adverse chemical reactions. We provide our White Silica Gel at market leading rates with various easy payment options. P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm; } What is non-indicating silica gel?Unlike orange and blue silica gel white silica gel doesn't contain any indicating dye and therefore will not change colour as it adsorbs moisture. This makes it cheaper than indicating silica gel but also means the user must rely on humidity indicator cards or weight measurements to determine if the silica gel is still active. Applications & UsesSilica gel is used in a number of applications including but not limited to:Tool boxesStorage containersSafes and vaultsPhotosStored vehiclesIndustrial equipmentElectronicsCollectibles (stamps coins etc)Flower dryingCircuit boardsInstrumentsLeather productsComputersSeedsJewelleryDocumentsFirearmsBatteriesPhotographic equipment & filmTextilesMetal and machine parts PrecautionsTo avoid any risks inhalation of dust formed by white silica gel should be avoided. Silica gel of all types should not be eaten and should be kept out of reach of children (may pose as a choking hazard). This particular type of silica gel is not FDA approved so use with food is also not recommended.Reactivation instructionsSince white silica gel doesnt contain any indicating dye the only way to tell if it needs reactivating is by checking its weight; the heavier it is the more moisture it has adsorbed. Once the weight of the silica gel has increased by 25-30% reactivate as follows: Place the beads in an oven proof tray and heat them in an oven at a temperature of 105 to 115C for approximately 4 hours. After this time let the silica gel beads cool and then check to see if they're returned to their original weight. If the beads did not return to their original weight repeat the reactivation process. Once beads have returned to their original weight (and have cooled) store them in a sealed container until you are ready to use them again unlimited reactivation cycles are possible.
