Usage: Use for peeling and adhesion slitting PE, PET film, optical film, release paper act.
Feature:
Winding mechanism: this machine used joint part winding mechanism with revolved open-side and double inline winding mechanism. Have EPC electricity opposite side and EPC hydraulic pressure opposite side or manual to choose from.
Peeling mechanism: connecting shaft form and friction clutch transmission form peeling and rewinding mechanism.
Tension control: rewinding tension use three motor automatic calculation system. It can balance the tension. Winding tension can choose magnetic powder brake and automatic constant tension control.
Cutting mechanism: use up and down circular knife cutting. Precision control use precision shim control.
Adhesion mechanism: fit large silica gel wheel with large mirror face guide roller. Make product adhesion tight. Use pneumatic regulation mechanism to adhesion product tight. Pressures can regulation.
Transmission mechanism: AC motor frequency control of motor speed, use pinch roller feed material.
Length counter mechanism: pulse length counter, double section meter calculation control products' length.
