Gas Heating Furnace

We manufacture a wide range of High Temperature Baking Furnace or Biscuit Baking Ovens to cater to our clients for their varied industrial plants' needs for the production of crackers, snacks, hard sweet biscuits. Owing to their capacity of 200kg/hr. to 4000kg/hr, these are widely preferred over any such product available in market. These are manufactured using steel's steam-tight tunnel with appropriate division of zones along with heating chambers and stainless steel expansion joints which eliminate the expansion of oven sections. Further, these also have inspection windows for the inspection of baking goods during the whole process.

The specifications are as follows:

Heating Chambers:-
Fully insulated chambers from outside and fully automatic oil or gas burners are fitted to generate required heat
Temperature is automatically controlled
The dynamic balanced stainless steel fans or blowers are used to re-circulate the heat and increase the efficiency for the machine with the help of appropriate electric motors
Baking System

Heat radiators monitors the baking process that are located under and above the wire mesh band
The closed circulation system has slight vacuum for stopping the gas from entering the baking zone and another blower, which has proper damper controller, controls the moisture in the baking zone
Insulation

Heat loss is prevented due to the complete covering with 8a or 10a thick mineral wool from top, bottom
