Details of HP-CPK Series Universal Kneader:-

It adopts intersectant, same speed, overlying mixing technology from Japan. Mixing blades exceed the center of tank, the actuating range is large; two mixing blades have the same spiral climbing direction but different rotating direction, one mixing blade pushes material to the middle and the other mixing blade pushes materials to both sides, material flows like a 8a in the tank.

Introduce in the original mixing blade from Japan, the section of mixing blade is elliptic ad it pushes material to move along with vertical direction of the elliptic section, squeezing action is intensified, material granules are fully mixed, mixing and kneading effect is strengthened. Elliptic section does not stick to material easily and the surface of mixing blades is free of materials.

2a Fast heat transmission and high temperature

Adopt efficient high temperature tank patent technology (invention patent number: ZL 2012 1 0124643.8) (this is customized configuration), overall heating patent technology (invention patent number: ZL 2004 2 0018996.0), mixing blade heating patent technology (invention patent number: ZL 2006 2 0085174.3) (this is customized configuration), discharge gate heating technology, lining plate and tank seamless connection technology.

3a Guarantee dry material particle size distribution

Use special equipment to process inner diameter of tank and bearing hole of tank end plate, equipment machining precision is high and it guarantee gap requirement between mixing blade and tank and prevent particles from grinding during dry mixing and heating.

4a Pitch distribution is uniform

Pitch distribution device is mounted on the cover to add pitch into the tank from multiple points, pitch distribution is uniform and inclusion of dry material is avoided. Pitch distribution device is made with conduction oil heating system to avoid set pitch blocking the device.

5a Temperature measurement is accurate

Adopt new type temperature measuring technology (patent number: ZL 2014 2 0490132.2), temperature and heat measuring responsiveness and anti-interference performance is improved.

6a Perfect airtightness

Adopt double metal ring sealing (patent number: ZL 2014 2 0490187.3) to form multiple sealing, and no carbon powder is leaked from shaft end of mixing blade.

Adopt hydraulic rotary lock door with excellent airtightness. Sealing surface will never worn out, airtightness is reliable, and no material is leaked from discharge gate.

7a Fast discharge, no material residue

Mixing blades push material spirally and material is discharged fast. Discharge gate is at the bottom of tank, material is discharged out completely without residue, material discharge time is less than 2min, and there is no material left in the tank.

8a High wear-resistance

Overlying wear-resistant weld layers are at the surface of mixing blade, rigidity of wear-resistant layer is up to HRC60-65, and service life of mixing blade is 20 years.

Lining plates use new type wear-resistant manganese steel material with high strength after thermal treatment. Service life of lining plates to produce anode is 15 years and it is 1 year to produce cathode and carbon electrodes.

9a Bearing structure of mixing blade is reliable

Bearing of mixing blade adopts self-aligning roller bearing and both-way thrust bearing design which overcomes axial force of mixing blade and prevents mixing blades from jumping, and service life of bearing is longer.

One side of bearing structure is fixed and the other side is movable, which eliminates influence of thermal expansion and prevents mixing blade from blockage because of heat of conduction oil.
