Details of HP-DHK Series Double Layer Preheating Kneader:-

1a High dry material preheating quality

The upper layer adopts tangent, different speed, radius dry material mixing and heating technique, mixing blade stirs materials while heating to make materials contact heat transmission surface of equipment directly to realize efficient heating.

2a High mixing quality

The lower layer adopts intersectant, same speed, overlying mixing technique from Japan. Mixing blades exceed the center of tank, the actuating range is large; two mixing blades have the same spiral climbing direction but different rotating direction, one mixing blade pushes material to the middle and the other mixing blade pushes materials to both sides, material flows like a 8a in the tank.

Introduce in the original mixing blade from Japan, the section of mixing blade is elliptic ad it pushes material to move along with vertical direction of the elliptic section, squeezing action is intensified, material granules are fully mixed, mixing and kneading effect is strengthened. Elliptic section does not stick to material easily and the surface of mixing blades is free of materials.

3a High efficiency and energy saving

It adopts double-layer preheater and mixer patent technique (invention patent number: ZL 200910014580.9), double heating double mixing and carbon mixer technique (patent number: ZL 200420018997.5), a dry material preheating on upper layera and a carbon paste mixing on lower layera are conducted at the same time, productivity is improved by 80%.

4a Fast heat transmission and high temperature

Adopt efficient high temperature tank patent technique (invention patent number: ZL 2012 1 0124643.8) (this is customized configuration), overall heating patent technique (invention patent number: ZL 2004 2 0018996.0), mixing blade heating patent technique (invention patent number: ZL 2006 2 0085174.3) (this is customized configuration), discharge gate heating technique, lining plate and tank seamless connection technique.

Adopt integral heating mixing blade. Blades, hollow axis and other mixing parts contacting materials heat materials through conduction oil.

5a Safe monitor system of rotating joint and flexible metal tube (optional configuration)

Rotating joint of conduction oil is installed with position sensor to monitor displacement of fixed housing of rotating joint and keep communication with central control system at real time. The machine will be stopped immediately and send alarm in case of abnormal conditions.

Inlet and outlet of rotating joint of conduction oil and metal tube are installed with pressure sensor to monitor tube pressure and keep communication with central control system, it will send system maintenance and pipeline leakage prompts and alarms in case of pressure changes.

6a Mixing blade safety monitor system (optional configuration)

Mixing blades adopt special design, position sensor monitors operation of mixing blade at real time and transmit running state of mixing blade to central control system. In case mixing blades are blocked by foreign matters, the machine will stop urgently and send alarms to avoid equipment damage.

7a Guarantee dry material particle size distribution

Use special equipment to process inner diameter of tank and bearing hole of tank end plate, equipment machining precision is high and it guarantee gap requirement between mixing blade and tank and prevent particles from grinding during dry mixing and heating.

8a Pitch distribution is uniform

Pitch distribution device is mounted on the cover to add pitch into the tank from multiple points, pitch distribution is uniform and inclusion of dry material is avoided. Pitch distribution device is equipped with conduction oil heating system to avoid set pitch blocking the device.
