Dexclean - Industrial Grade Liquid Cleaner | Clear-yellow Effective For Removing Epoxy Polyester Waxes And Greases

Dexclean is a heavy-duty cleaning system specifically designed for metal molds or similar objects. It is highly efficient in removing various deposits such as polyester and epoxy resins oils dust/dirt waxes greases moisture and polyurethane. Here are the properties and application instructions:

Application Fields:
Dexclean is suitable for removing deposits of epoxy polyester phenolic resins wax grease oil dust/dirt rubber and release agents. It delivers excellent results even at room temperature. It is particularly effective for cleaning hot molds due to its high boiling range.

Application:
Apply Dexclean to the mold surface using a clean cotton cloth. Ensure the mold surface is completely wet.
Vigorously wipe the mold dry with a second clean dry cotton cloth while the surface is still wet.
Regularly replace saturated cloths with new clean ones.
Repeat the process several times until all residue is removed. It is recommended to perform at least two cleanings.
After cleaning the mold is ready for the application of Dexseal Mold Sealer and/or Dexkote 7 X Mold Release.
Dexclean Cleaner is water-soluble allowing residues to be easily washed off with water. It can also be biologically reduced. However prolonged exposure on the mold surface (such as pudding or dipping) should be avoided.
